Theatre Company Online SurveyPATA Becomes a Managing Partner for TCGs Free Night of TheaterI'm thrilled to announce that PATA will be a Managing Partner for TCG's Free Night of Theater, happening this fall between October 16th and October 30th.This summer, PATA is inviting local theatres to participate. Our goal is to have 15 to 20 theatres in the greater Portland area signed up to participate by mid-July. Free Night of Theater is happening in over 100 cities nationwide, and is geared toward bringing new audiences into your theatre. The gist is that you designate at least 25% of your house for at least one performance as Free Night of Theater tickets. PATA, in conjunction with TCG, will handle the advertising and promotion, and even manage the ticket sales through a national website. You can read more about the program, and see who participated in 2007, here: www.freenightoftheater.net We have created a one-page flier which you can print out for internal use - to take to your board, for example - which briefly describes the program.
